ProFTPD 1.3.4rc1, 1.3.3d release

The 1.3.4rc1 release includes major new features and numerous bugfixes,
including:

  + New modules: mod_copy, mod_deflate, mod_qos
  + New Japanese translation
  + Many mod_sftp bugfixes
